What’s Covered?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for two situations:

1. Manufacturing defects that affect the intended functionality
2. Shipping-related damages

After a quick inspection on receiving the product, we’ll process your refund or replacement with care and speed. We're all about making things easy, so you and your little one can keep enjoying their day!

Returning Made Easy: Here’s What to Do!

1. Drop us an email at support@nuviekids.com with photos of the issue. We'll take a look and where needed, arrange pickup of the order.
2. Pack it up like new—keep the tags and original packaging, and don’t forget your proof of purchase (Invoice)!
3. On receiving the product, we’ll inspect your return and let you know if you’re good for an exchange or refund.
4. Choose your next step! We’ll send you a shiny new item or process your refund, whichever you prefer.
